Hotel Properties Limited announced that its 50%-owned associated company, Leisure Ventures Pte Ltd, has subscribed for two (2) ordinary shares comprising 100% in the equity of LV Hotel Investment (West) Pte. Ltd. a company newly incorporated in Singapore . LVHI West and Presto Television Pte Ltd an existing wholly-owned subsidiary of Leisure Ventures, have entered into a Membership Purchase Agreement with MSREF VI Calla B.V. and Cedar Capital Prague MO LLC for the acquisition of 100% membership interest in MSC Hotel Investments Cooperatie U.A. MSC’s only investment is 100% shareholding in Karmelitska Hotel s.r.o which is incorporated in Czech Republic. The Hotel-Owning Company owns the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Prague with 99 rooms located on a freehold site at Mala Strana, a tourist and high-end residential zone in central district of Prague, Czech Republic .

Hotel Properties Limited (HPL) said that its subsidiary, HPL Properties (North Asia) Pte Ltd (HPLPNA), has sold its 85 per cent stake in HPL-Hines Development Pte Ltd for RMB 765 million (S$148.50 mln). HPL will record a profit of about S$73 million from the sale. The buyer is Lead Wealthy Investments Ltd. HPL-Hines has a 72.76 per cent stake in 21st Century Real Estate Company Limited, which in turn owns a mixed use property development located in Lujiazui, Pudong, Shanghai . The sale will result in an increase in HPL's earnings per share by 14.6 cents and increase the net tangible assets per share by $0.148 based on the latest audited consolidation accounts of HPL for the year ended December 31, 2009. HPL's directors believe the sale will allow the group to realise a gain on disposal and to rebalance its geographical mix of assets.

Daily n weekly Bollinger Bands may not stop the uptrend , only monthly Bollinger Band at $2.92  is not easy to clear .

after making a decent run up..

it collapsed back down due to the run up on thin vol..

today it's doing the same thing again on thin vol..

Yes you are right, vested since your call at $2.53 and it has been progressing till now, thanks. Tomorrow may continue, Bollinger Band is so tight, may explode anytime and reach $2.68 as you have analysed. Once reach historical high, will be like Osim, uptrend all the way.

HPL looks more positive now . After it made new high at $2.82 last month , it went for a correction to $2.46 which was almost at the 38.2 %  of  Fibo's retracement zone . ADX is flat  at 30 while DIs are positively placed . Aroon indicators are crossing positively today .It would go up gradually with the increasing volume traded .

Thanks for the analysis, really help us a lot. Vested at $2.53 as it did not pull back further. Now really on the way up, think break $2.62 another round of surge will come. Hopefully like the last round but provided Dow Jones & Shanghai can cooperate with us!

Thanks for your advice . HPL is on its way to achieve the target , but at the same time , technical correction may set in due to profit taking . It would be no time frame to reach the target actually . Therefore any pull back would be a buying opportunity .

Normally when volume is up on thin volume, it means that buying momentum is getting weaker. Possibilities of pull back may happen but still depends on market conditions. Now DJ already up >200 pts, maybe Bintang's target will reach real soon. For me, I won't get in now to be on the safe side. If you are already in the trade, then congrats! Let's see the movement tomorrow. Just a note of caution, not to scare anyone.

I prefer to wait for pull back and if it doesn't break $2.30, I may consider when it turns up again. Just my personal view.
