Checked my DBS/POSB a/c, $1,130/- hav't return yet, checked my Mrs a/c, money credited back into her DBS/POSB a/c, so checked my Cdp.com.sg a/c and it did not show up to reflex i have get it or not, quite puzzling??!!, isit that slow, maybe 2moro morning check again. |

Epure is smaller sister of Hyflux, water stk, got world bank vested in it. CapitalRetail China Trust (CRCT) offer by CapitalLand closed liao at 12 noon today. No more $1.13c liao. |

Hi teeth53 What does Epure deal in? See its name on the screen but have no idea of its business. CRCT is a good buy if one can get in. Unfortunately with my kind of luck at IPOs, I didnt apply - didnt want to waste my time at the ATM. Will try the open market on Friday. |

at more than 100x oversub, u are lucky if u can get 1 lot out of 100lots u sub. anyway the grey market price is 1.30+ it is a absurb REIT price.. bringing the yield to below 3%.. |

Hi IreneL, Another of my flavour stock. Epure, did my home work, good stock, sold on 1st day, now trading at $1.25c. There is many opportunities out in IPO stocks, a few good solid stock like in this case capitalChina retail trust ipo at $1.13c kena one lot, Keep it as long as U can, even for next generation. For memory, pass it down. |

Hi teeth53 Absolutely what man proposes God disposes. With me, I dont usually hold my stocks for longer than necessary. The reason companies (local or foreign) wish to list on the SGX are those with expansion restructuring plans in their horizon. And though some may not have solid foundation, with proper window-dressing and hype, they go IPO. |

Stocks that usually don have solid foundation but with good report card just for the the purpose of offering to public and instiution, i usually go for a stag, still if i am short of $$$ to roll, for better ipo stock i will hold it for several more days or even months, pending when the next ipo offer arrive, however good foundation stock like Synear in which i hold and sold off just below a $1/- now heading, crossing $1.50c liao, so what i can propose(what i can see), god can always dispose ( what i can't see beyond infinity), if oni i can grace the cystal ball a little clear and with gut feeling, different story line to tell. I have had no luck so far with all the IPOs, so I normally buy good stocks from the market immediately after its trading debut. Depending on its price range on trading, I either either sell within the day or hold for a couple of days. |

IPO on it highest book making range and at max price of $1.13c. 2moro closing Dec 6, 2006 (12noon). Expected Listing ("When Issued" basis is on Dec 8, 2006-Wed). Application for cdp a/c or internet, can check it out 7/12/06-after 5pm, for atm result less $1130/- per lot. kena 1 can hold as this is one stock that is hot stock, typical grey mkt range from $1.35c-$1.50c.
