Kelvin, i also thot it was a trap but after it has cleared 31.5c convincingly, i reckon GT will go from strngth to strngth. Somemore STATS, UTAC are in the tech business and looking up at the moment. Look at the Macro level likr Kilroy said and u wont go far wrong. 33.5c is till a good buy or it will be goodbye soon. Not an inducement to trade though.

Global Testing :- the charts shows a lot of indecision (doji candlestick for the last 3 days) for this counter. So expect it might open higher and sell down lower later as news of UTAC is out. The probabilities of opening higher and coming down is the most likely condition. So do your own analyst whether you should be buying this counter.

UTAC will be acquired by Global AT&T Electronics @ 1.20 (see www.sgx.com under UTAC's Announcement). Some ppl could be speculating next target for M&A is Global Testing ... expecting coming results would be better. Just watch how it goes .... |

Take a look at the market depth, you'll be scared to death! Yesterday sell down from high of 0.335 down to 0.315, today repeat the same thing again, from 0.325 down to now 0.315! Later will go down some more. Hehe!

Nice try Kelvin. U must be one of those looking to buy lower. I think GT will be staying above 30c as sell vol for this counter is no longer 3-5m when it was trading below 30c.
