Healthway Medical is planning to raise S$19.8 mln from a rights issue. The clinic operator is planning to sell about 277 mln new shares at an issue price of S$0.075 each. It plans to use S$12 mln of the proceeds to invest in medical centres in China and for general working capital purposes as it expands into China. The balance of S$7.8 mln will be used for general working capital purposes. | ||||
