Sian ah market so quiet. Exit and take a break. PM likely will leave the table for my TGIF leow. All the big players hilang already. If they don't come back by 11.00, more or less they go for TGIF leow. Stel now 3.86 not the one 3.68 most of us hoping for. Lets see when it twists loh. |

Different strokes for different folks - her strategy and interest are different from yours and mine. If by just following the CEOs' purchases as a yardstick to buy, then investing in stocks is so much simpler. Whether you're short or long term Player or ....mid term....as long as you know what you're doing, you still could come up top. Knowing oneself is most important..........the rest is maybe a little bit of luck! Cheers! |

Singtel are suitable for long term investor's appetite. Its CEO-CSK just bought another 564k at $3.89 from open market yesterday(she also bot >1.1m at 3.90 previously day). Hmm...very aggressive buyer. Looks like the coming results must be good or could something is brewing??? What I read from Bloomberg a few days ago is that China Mobile may be interested to buy a direct stake from Ta-ma-sick......??? |

Stay away from it loh, if it hovering around margin of less than 6 cents. As the brokage charege to break even on one lot is 6 cents(online), phone call 10 cents. Unless, you go for long term for it lah or buy and sell in big volumn under such condition. Cheers. |

Very tempted to go in at 3.8+, and out at 3.9+, just to make a small profit. Alternative play is M1, 1.94 today. But missed out on its great dividend last week. |

Probably due to competition from the number portability rule. M1 also down. Starhub not affected due to cable TV business. True, still best to keep away from it, waiting for 3.68 !!!!!!!!! |

the selldown came fast and furious from 11.20am onwards...quite massive...anything negative up the sleeves? thought Singtel would go up quite well in a positive environment today |

Sorry Farm, given you and others all the wrong msg. I am an amatuer or small fly in the shares investment circle, only pass time lah, what to do after retirement? Still need to learn a lot more from all the sifus in the forum. This broker is my former collegue and he is staying just next block to mine. Always see each other in the cheap and good kopitiam. |

The last time i met my broker in person must be years ago whick i really can't recall.....though he'd sent me small gifts during CNY. Anyway, the so call perks may either be a handsome divds or their intention to enter the middle east market altogether. Lets see! |

3.68? Not likely i guess. Maybe 3.86 in the near term cause its CEO just bought >1.1m share from open market at ~$3.90. FY08 results will be out on 14/5/08, must be a good set with special divds also. |
