The pickup in production at large factories was attributed to an expected bump as winter ends, and economists cautioned not to read too much into the stronger-than-expected figure. That left view that China's economy, while not crashing, likely it was  worst quarter in 3 years between Jan -  Mar, and requires at least some monetary policy easing this year to ensure the cool down stays mild. Hopes for turnaround were kept alive on Sunday, official Purchasing Mgrs' Index (PMI) highlights large factories jumped to an 11-mth high of 53.1 in March, up from February's 51 comfortably beating forecasts of 50.5. Unless the stocks is promising... or its a bit risky..

x 0   x 2  Alert Admin	instead of a rally i see more of a chance to selected buying and profit taking. i dont see any good catalyst for a further rally base on easy money from Japan, UK and USA?  it just take one indicators " inflation" and all call for rally will be reverse very soon!!

A white candle sticks with little lower shadow affirms that investors have profit take slightly on the recent rally. Key Economics Data report: In the first quarter, S& P 500 has rise 12% and it represent a stunning year, and is even more so as a quarter. Dow Jones Industrial Average Up 8.1% for the quarter to 13,212, sealing its best first-quarter point gain in its history as well. There is already a general thinking that we have got past the worst of the European crisis and the world economy is gaining momentum. Thus investors are embracing the idea that it is safe to go back into the stock market again. Technical Analysis on STI STI index has closed slightly above the critical resistance at 3005 though this rally is lack of conviction. 1)  In weekly chart, a white candle sticks with short lower shadow which affirms on traders choose to profit take instead of buying higher to break the resistance at 3030. 2)  The weekly trading volume rise slightly although the overall volume remains low. 3)  MACD and RSI indicators are flat as RSI trend sideways. 4) STI is currently supported by the critical support at 3005 5) The major resistance at 3077 will be a critical road block for the bulls to clear.
