factually reasonable of u tat 1400 unlikely, 1475 to 1500 possible...unless a really big big shoe drop, particularly in states. | ||||

1400 is actually quite unlikely. Rather, check out the previous lows - some kind of significant basing support is quite likely around 1600. There are quite a few intermediate supports in fact between 1650-1780. Tough thing is, no one knows how deep the corrective wave will be. Boils down to probabilities at these discrete support levels. |

I totally agree with you, though STI is overbought with some due corrections, it has several supports, namely 1781, 1754, 1677, 1658 & finally 1456 b4 thinking of 1400. Hahaha

Sorry, i do not agree. Uptrend line since 10 March still not violated. This line together with 1868 (high of 6 April) should provide some support for STI. ADX rising on +vely placed DIs. This means that STI is in the trending mode, and in this case, uptrending mode. Thus, all the oscillators are screaming "overbought". ( Come to think of it, it is impossible to uptrend in an "oversold" state!) 50 days MA is turning upwards. I view any correction as a chance to buy back what I have unloaded 2day. some remisiers say STI WILL TEST 1400 BY NEXT FEW WEEK. Every one know by end of 2009 the market will recovery. by 4Q 2009 WILL TEST STI 2100 Tomorrow the blue chip will be un load. small cap then got time to run up |
