I think discussing about contel RTO to fail is a waste of time basically. There's so much more to both companies. Who will want their RTO to fail ? If Contel RTO failed, Yuuzoo will have to waste time looking for another company to do another RTO as they intend to get themselves listed. The opportunity cost is lost for Yuuzoo. Specially when market is so bullish, all the more Yuuzoo needs to tap into this resources. | ||||

OK lets say, it fails to go through, the chance is there but very slim because although a Singapore concern Yuuzoo Corp has subsidiaries in US and Finland. US reporting standards are very very strict and it would take too long to get a direct listing there. But lets say they can't agree. Contel go back to square, non the worse because in a recent restructuring of Contel's business, it appears very much cleaned up and ready to concentrate on their two subsidiaries, one of which has been recently acquired. Second scenario, there nobody likes Contel to acquire Yuuzoo, and disapproved of the proposal. Contel will still be none the worse for they are already a listed company and should they need money they can easily get from the market, whereas Yuuzoo will not find it easy to raise money since it is a private concern. Yuuzoo therefore will like the exchange more than Contel. My thinking only hah, just do your own calculations. Cheers. .

I think instead of predicting the likelihood for the deal to go through, why not we sit back and think why would caused the deal to call off (finger crossed)? 1. Unable to reach a mutually agreed price? 2. Shareholders of YuuZoo disapproved the proposed RTO deal?

No need to wait too long. The counter will definitely go higher than 10 cents. These are the chain of events that could happen. First, an agreement is reached after months of negotiations. Reasonable businessmen will do reasonable things. Yuuzoo becomes a subsidiary of Contel. Contel use shares to buy over Yuuzoo. Yuuzoo have a major stake in Contel and gets appointed to the board of Contel. Yuuzoo will merge their businesses with Contel, and provide financials where needed for Contel's business. Yuuzoo having been waived a general offer of Contel, will request all Contel's shares to be changed named to Yuuzoo and still listed in SGX, or Yuuzoo to be changed to Contel. Thus eventually Contel shares will be traded as Yuuzoo, or remain traded as Contel sharesd. All these will depend on directors and what name to use in business. Later on Yuuzoo may attempt to get a dual listing in Nasdaq, because its primary aim is to get listed and save IPO expenses. Thus I think Contel shares will fly first. Cheers.

I recall Contel's rally in end Feb 2013, 20 over Million sell queues at 0.095 were cleared by BB within minute.. Let's see BB performance today. Cheers...

today cfm can't break 10c. Look at 92 queue so long. My market depth got some problems so my predict not so zhun. UOBKH disabled my depth and refunded me. I reapplying again for depth and will take a few days. What I can say is, if we can break 93 with a big buying qty today, 10c is no problem. But 92 sell queue so strong. Looks like a wall and will take a bit of time to buy up 92 unless some BB decides to step in.

As the dateline gets nearer for the acquisition of Yuuzoo by Contel, the price of Contel should climb higher. Once the terms as set out are finalised and investors know that Yuuzoo will become a subsidiary of Contel, the price of Contel will shoot up because Yuuzoo will have business to operate under Contel which already has 2 other subsidiaries in electronics and silicon business. Yuuzoo has much larger issued capital so will have enough funds for expansion of Contel. My thoughts only and buy sell will be entirely your own decision. Cheers.
