NEW YORK: US stocks closed mixed Monday, showing little impact from the weekend votes in France and Greece which cast doubt on the path of financial reform across the troubled eurozone. The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed down 29.74 points (0.23 per cent) to 13,008.53, pulled lower by mild falls from Caterpillar and Hewlett-Packard. The S& P 500-stock index added 0.48 (0.04 per cent) to 1,369.58, while the tech-heavy Nasdaq gained 1.42 (0.05 per cent) at 2,957.76. |

Why many still want to short?? Markets is in uptrend to DOW 14000 and STI 3300..... Never short when bearish.... buy when many are bearish.... My long in DOW is very very green... thanks to big drop in future this afternoon.... lol |

Every rebound is a short? Maybe... but watch S& P500 support levels at 1360 & 1340, there should be pretty decent support at these levels. If these 2 levels break, its going down to 200DMA within a week or so.... else If it bounces from these levels then look to go long again. Good Luck :p I am neither a bull or a bear...

now cannot say on one hand and on the other hand already...must use both hands... left hand with cash ready to buy on weakness.... right hand with shares ready to sell on strength... play both sides, left and right, sure won't die one, at the end...remember to wash hands will do.....

If tomorrow STI rebound green, and those counter U sold lelong cheap cheap to others rebound back. How U feels? Bang toilet bowl again? So now most of U wish it continue to drop red or rebound back green? Very hard to choose a side leh. Bull Vs Bear. Later play which side also kanna rape, then all Cow Bear Cow Bull again :) |
