Not sure... just started looking at this. Merrill's target is 3.50 and Morgan Stanley's 3.34. Reports says company re-developing offices such as Raffles One and DBS Tower. Think it also launched a condo recently. "Asset Enhancement, Redevelopment Opportunities - OUE’s current asset portfolio of around S$5bn offers various opportunities for enhancement and redevelopment, which, if exercised, could unlock value and further expand the company’s asset and earnings base. OUE has already shown its ability to execute such projects, and we believe it will be able to realize additional value on the portfolio, most likely through DBS Towers and the retail podium of One Raffles Place." Anyone vested? |
