zhenxian, Think the reason for the fall is due to a recent report that office rents will stabilise by 2010 when new supply of office comes onstream plus general market sentiments. Besides this, I don't think there is any deliberate 'push' down in price. In the case of Ascott, there was quite a fair bit of 'married' deals on the way down. I don't observe this for SpLd. Currently, at 7.14, it is trading at a slight discount to its NAV of 7.45........FYI. Not vested....... |

Thanks for the reply~! Do u have any comments on this counter? Do you know why it was falling for the past few months? Will it be like Asscot and Capital Land issue? like pushing down the price and taking over at lower price.. cause this was a over $10 stock before. |

zhenxian, Total divident last year was 45c per share....(first&final and Special)....less tax. So, for each lot, shareholder will receive $450 x 0.82 = $369. 2007 first and final div should at least match 2006 cos, as of 3Q07, eps was already about 22 c. As to whether they pay special div or not is left to be seen. Special Div was due to gains on revaluation of properties. |

haha~ Hey Joshlai86, how u know the director is buying in?? Hmm.. according to past history of this counter for the past few months, when it fall near 52 week low price, the price will shoot up very fast. |
