personally, I like this stock, just purely because I like to shop at the malls under capitamatrust... and I think those malls are the greatest mall in Singapore...

but again, I am still bottom fishing at this point of time... your price is good. just worry the financial crisis might force some tenants to close down, and nobody wants to rent the shop in the mall, possible? so far, I see the occupied rates are all good at this point of time...
