x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Hi tiandi, I read the same as you. Charts are generally bearish. I'm not sure if its worth the risk to enter again because the XD is coming soon, like you say. When XD comes, the price will most likely drop again.

Infact, I have read a few books on stock trading, but all of them are FA books that teaches us to select fundamantally sound company. I had learned quite a bit from that but somehow, along the way, even if found a good stock to invest in, the timing is equally important. If a gd stock like SemCorp is found, I went in the wrong price which luckily I cut my lost. I am just idiot to TA. Need to read up more before I loose my pants off. Thanks again, mdm. Cheers.

I saw it cheong to $5.5 so it is a pity it is dropping like that. Thanks for the dividend yield comfort. This is just to test market. That was when it touched at the lower B band. May try t'morrow at $4.80 (plus 28c dividend) equivalent to $4.60.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	SYT888, My post to you on 11 March 07, I said that SCI seemed fully valued (that time the price was about 4.50 level). However, due to mkt sentiment, it did move to about 5.50. Don't know where you heard that the TP is 6.00....but I think, if you follow posts on SJ, forumers have always been skeptical about analysts target prices and recommendations. For me, at that time, I would wait for 1Q07 results to reassess the value of the stock....... I don't know what price you went in but xd (28 cts divvy) is next week....say your entry is 5.00, then your yield is 5.6%.....so I hope that is some consolation.

I am considering to re-enter when there is a DIP. perhaps after Xd.   Dear SYT888, Stock market is like that, price can drop, sometime drops SHARPly without notice. Just look at the Feb 27 of this year when China index drop 9% and the rest of world follow till around middle of March.. Fundamental had not changed much, yet many GOOD companies world wide took a sharp drop. So it is a good lesson, good money too. Buy when there is a big dip in price for good companies. Also, it is a good lesson learning from Singaporegal on the chart.. re-read her posting on 31 March, 10 April and see for yourselves what the chart showed.   Happy learning. Good luck in share investment.

And from TA is it just short term pull back only? I don't know much about TA, can I know what is the support and resistence level now? I found this a good stock so I am rather surprised. And it has a potential of target  price of $6 and above. Thanks.
