If you are wondering how I got the figure, simple if you subscribe to market depth you can clearly see the volume on both the buy and sell. Jomini, since you have been to the right school, I am sure you know the stock has been OVERSOLD and should not be at this current price. If they have the right to raid then people should be made aware that the price is super attractive to BUY BUY. Unless you are one with them !!! Else with all your knowledge, you have said SO CHEAP !!! what are you waiting for .... |

How about you share with us ? Since you have the know how ... I'm sure you know better alculation serves as a guide. Just like Olam, when Muddy water tried to raid a company everything does not matter anymore. Please share with us, I'm sure we all want to know from you. If what I said is unfounded take a look at the selling TODAY, they have increased their arsenal by increasing the sell volume 11,194,000 at $0.53. They are aware of what they have done. they are very worried the market whack up and have buffeted the wall to prevent it from happening. Yesterday was only 4,000-5,000 at $0.053. WHAT AN INCREASE !!! |

hi tenacious, thanks for all the details. i still dont get it though. how did u arrive at the conclusion that it should be at 0.06 or 0.07? can show me ur calculations? dont worry about too much technicalities. i ve been in the right schools n jobs to learn about them. thanks.

Hi Jomini, With the Rights issue, initially my gut feel was at $0.060. However putting the figure together it should be at $0.070. The “Closing Price” is $0.079 being the last traded price. 45 Rights shares for every 100 existing shares at $0.050 for each Right Shares. This stock has been raided, as such Currently traded at $0.052 is a steal !!! |

WOW Tenacious, Thanks for revealing the secret. I also was contemplating to sell, now I won't. You are right, no doubt the short sell order is 275,000 generally the traded volume for this counter is low. As such the volume is very significant to drive the BB down. As such the current value is overdone due to the trigger. I will consider buying since it is now so cheap. Cheers |

Hi Jomini, Today the sell volume is just a road block to prevent the price from going up. 11 July, crucial date - the commencement of the trading of Rights, SGX registered 275,000 short sell order. This trigger a panic to sell and owners of the stock started selling. The momentum has successfully brought the stock down. 12 July No short sell order registered with SGX. In order to keep the momentum going to SELL, several new forums were created telling stock owner, you better MUST SELL otherwise …... I was almost taken in by the messages until I asked myself WHY MUST SELL ??? what is really wrong with the BB. When I uncovered the agenda, I decided to post the alert after the market closed on Friday. As I have mentioned there is no short sell orders on Friday because market was already reacting to the trigger. Now the truth has been revealed, they realized that they have to keep the price from going up. As such they will have to short some more to reign in. True enough, today the volume traded is 4,504,000, SGX registered 300,000 short sell order - an increase in volume. Next few days will be the litmus test. Since the TRUTH has been revealed, they will have to cover back their position. Otherwise they will have to continue shorting if more buyers started buying We shall see ….. |

The purpose of the rights issue is to reduce the levels of leverage and gearing ratio of the group. This is to buffet the financial stability of the company and liquidity for company expansion. I agreed there will be dilution after this exercise but recent drop is over reacted (unfounded rumours) as such the price is a steal and in the next few days, the market will find its equilibrium. Good to BUY but never said MUST BUY.

Hi Jomini, Agreed in any right issue the price should drop, but not
at this current price of $0.052. It is way over sold, largely due to ill
reports propagating fear and anxiety causing some investors to SELL. Recently
new forums were created telling people MUST SELL don’t hold on to your
position..... without any facts and figures to support their claim. Honestly I
was almost taken in by the message, when I ask myself what is wrong with this BB. There were so many tremendous achievements and good reports. Then I
realized this is a ploy and decided to alert the rest. But I will never say
must hold …. Thanks |

The value of the BB should be around $0.06 ...... the raiders has brought it down too low and some shareholders were caught by surprise and the bad reports that were circulated by brokers, rumour-mongers. As you can see from this forum. They even encourage investors to sell. Lesson to learn do your homework, don't take every advice from brokers. They are also buyers too. Sigh ..... whole nation is shocked about the Kovan incident's culprit. You think about it .... | ||||

JMS213 most stockholders are holding. JEWELS should be kept, the value will get better. NO FOOL will want to give it away. It is only a momentary global market going through a little turbulant flow. We will get to the other side of victory, everything is still intact.  Cheers
