x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Adapted from the Listing Manual of SGX..  Part VIII Very Substantial Acquisitions or Reverse Takeovers     1015 (c) where the consideration for the acquisition of assets by the issuer is to be satisfied by the issue of shares, the price per share of the issuer after adjusting for any share consolidation must not be lower than S$0.20. (i.e to say Cedar has to consolidate at a minimum price of S$0.20.   with regards to the results, hafta ask auditors to come out with the NAV. But chances are RTO do take a while. hold on and reap the profits in the future. its definitely not a stock which is for contra. So let's hope the half year result is super good. then the " new" stock price will be that.. right now it looks like from catalist manual, RTO requires a 20 cents value. so consolidation will be required.
