You  assume  Yoma dominate the Myammar market but actually it doesn't. If Myammar really has huge opportunity and big biscuit  as China, Capitaland, City Development, F& N and etc big developers will step into Myammar market. Once this happen, what is the Yoma potential, how Yoma is going to compete? Look at country surrounding you like Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and etc, Don't over speculating and expecting in Myammar play, the currect price and surrent share volume are too much!!! None of the property developer in Singapore PE is more than 13, some even below 8. This doesn't include unlimited share placement. This is a time bom. 1 to 2 year later Yoma, UPP and interra resources will be the same situation as s chip.
