Combining both of them will bring their market shares to top 5. The expansion of business and better utilization rate of shipyard should be expected. 3) The general offer of $1.22 will provide a free put option to current investor. Capping the downside risk to 6.5 cents based on $1.285 current share price. 4) STX OSV is a net cash counter with a low PE of 8 and with record order books. As Ezra and Ezion has a strong run up recently, STX OSV should catch up soon.   Pls feel free to comment if my analysis is incomplete. Thanks.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Good buying vol at 1.285  More ppl buying with big vol per trading tx. Fundamentally, it is excellently sound. Nobody knows for sure why did OZ sell off their shares. The recently case of SC global, it was trading at 1.3 for a long time and then suddenly it shot up to 1.8 overnight. Well if the Fincantieri decides to delist, it will have to raise their GO above 1.22 to at least the mkt trading price.
