Yes! Cheonging UP today!

It won't drop down again becaue there are big vol buying in 16:30 Buying 100,000 @1.305 Yes!

It is moving again after 2 days of mkt indecision and fear ...

As we have discussed STX OSV has been doing good and European Co.  sees the profitablitiy of owning this  a  major part of  STX OSV and they really got a good deal  at 1.22 taking advantage of the parent co  needing fund urgently ...

I also agree with both of you, more upside than down. Looking at the buying and consistent buying, I guess investors have also absorbed the recent news of OZ selling. Most probable it is to cover back some fund which they probably need to buy some other investments just like any one of us retail investor who will take out some  to buy other ( e.g.  say if  SMM suddenly fall to 3.5, I will cash out eveything I have despite all my loss, I will  move in SMM also. )  

Coming back to reality ... STX OSV do have very good synergies with other O& G, O& M and shipbuilding industry ...

The buyer must be have cheers when they bought it cheap at 1.22

The reasons to buy to STX OSV  :

1) The earnings result is coming soon. If the company can maintain the similar level of dividend payout. The yield will be very attractive (17% based on current price).

2) The change of parent company will create more synergies for STX OSV as the new parent company is doing ship building as well. Combining both of them will bring their market shares to top 5. The expansion of business and better utilization rate of shipyard should be expected.

3) The general offer of $1.22 will provide a free put option to current investor. Capping the downside risk to 6.5 cents based on $1.285 current share price.

4) STX OSV is a net cash counter with a low PE of 8 and with record order books. As Ezra and Ezion has a strong run up recently, STX OSV should catch up soon.

… finally   bought STX OSV at $1.285. When it was $1.31 (sell), I wanted to buy it.

When execute order, the mind said buy at $1.31 but the hand key in $1.305 …

not managed to get then, so let it be … may be subconscious trying to help …
