You are missing the point. QE3 is not to help the economy or Europe. QE3 is just to help Obama get re-elected this year end. It's is purely political driven. Not only me, many traders, economists and politicians are quite sure that there will be QE3. Why did you think market rally on Wednesday? If I'm the only one who believe in QE3, market definitely won't rally before Bernake speaks.

My guess it QE3 won't come at all... The effect will getting lower, and while they use QE1,2,3 to buy more time Politician just spending more and do nothing.... if need QE3, then my bet is QE4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 to trillions must be on the pipeline... Even if greek/spain issue end august, i think during year end, fear of US downgrade will come again... Trillions of debt and still growing everyday...
