Either you jump into the sea (cut loss) and swim to the shore or you sink with it (hold for long term), then hope some white knights (BB) will come to her rescue. Currently the white knights themselves are fighting war in their own country (sub-prime, inflation, recession). So there is no immediate rescue plan at the moment. Let the ship sink to the bed of the ocean and after some year, some explorer will come searching for treasures, by then those still holding on are those that were keeping treasure all these while. If no one finds the treasure, then it's just another piece of junk in the deep ocean.
