Dow dropped 205 points on 19Oct fri..Auric still up now $1.26 and its related OUE is bidding for F& n..since the outperform call buy on Thai Bev..Auric Pacific,with so much cash around by QE3 a crash is unlikley as everybody is waiting to buy cheap..so anticipate in advance,buy and hold Auric which I have some at about $1,80 in my cpf for about 15 years,now more trhan recovered as it pays average 5-8% per year



OUE is believed to be preparing to bid for F& N together with Kirin, according to a Reuters report. If this offer materialises, it will mean the start of a bidding war, with TCC expected to counter offer. If TCC loses, Thai Bev is set to reap divestment gains, but will miss out on synergies. We keep our SOP target price, and maintain our estimates. There is no change to our Outperform call. Catalysts will come from more corporate actions as the bidding war heats up.

Still Ok at $1.25-1.26 to collect as at 19Oct 2012 before it goes higher.. ..good chance to accumulate under $1.30
