I think if you are going to ave down, I would suggest you dig up at least 1 year of the company report. Check item 6 (EPS) & 7 (NTA, check the share qty) & most importantly 1b(i) & 1b(ii) (Debt RePayment status). The rest is more like gap-filler. I always find rights issue very tricky for small cap. |

At current price of $0.52 with dividend coming and rights. If purchase of 2 lots will cost $1040(excluding transaction costs) but will soon entitle the bonus dividend and rights. If dividend of net $0.05 for the two lots are used to buy the rights, you will entitle 1 more lot. Total of 3 lots( 2 purchase + 1 right) for $1040 (excluding transaction costs) which average costs per lot is about $347 or $0.347 per share. I think this is a good buy. Correct me if I wrong. |

Hi, I think the rights issue is too cheap, 10cts and too massive 50% of existing float. Assume fully subscribe, there will be 390M share. NTA abt 18cts. And the 6cts div looks like a cash out then a reward. Also many a directors is exercising option at 12.5cts. (Change in shareholding in SGX website run long long....). How many option did they give to employee anyway ?? I think IMHO it looks like a 37cts stock.....Any comment ? |

could be due to foreigners NOT entitled to the rights. You have to read the announcements with care. |

Tai Sin has shown wonderful results and incentives for shareholders. Giving out bonus dividends and rights at 10cents. Just take up the rights and you are making lots of money. Tai Sin is going to Chioooong on Monday. |

Well try to think of long term for some stocks before letting go so fast. The casinos will only be ready in 4 years. There is still so much time. Even if a research report comes out, you just don't sell. It depends. Cosco and Unisteel had so many buy re-ratings and they are still going up............. |

Oh... so my favourite Tai Sin is starting to get notice... Got it at around 13 cents.... Waiting for some analyst to cover the stock.. When it is well researched, then it should be roughly the time for me to let go... |
