CCI chart say classic positive divergence; price making new lows but CCI fails to surpass previous low. Classic divergence is usally followed by a correction in the price. Expert in TA, any comments? |

Yes, i fully agree. Oil prices are cyclical anyway. I bet when the oil prices go up, these counters will go up like crazy!! Think it is good time to accumulate? Wat do the gurus think? |

ChinaEnergy must have stolen the limelight from this 1. Net profit margin are only 4%. But PE ratio only stand at 2.x ....must say people have to think carefully whether this is worth the punt. Remember ferrochina was suffering the same fate when they IPO. But look at them now. |

my friend, this is a RMB$3b revenue company dealing with oil products. How many companies now listed in SGX with >1b revenue, & profitable, & is trading below 50c? if you believe in oil, then have faith in this company, my friend! vested, not to say. |

Ouhua should meet revenue target, but the profits might not be impressive. The management intends to postpone their tax incentives to FY2007 instead of FY2006. IF it continues to drop further after the release, might not be wise to hold. Just an opinion. |
