If it can do so , it probably lead to artificial holding of economy by pumping cash which eventually means crash equivalent as debts are sold forever to fund it.

Some one have to pay the bill. Karma at work, gain now for you to vomit out later.

So logic is interest will go up, property price goes now, even if GDP around the world can hold, the rise cant be superb after almost one year of double digits gains. Realiity hurts, oops,, sell now and come back to review 6months later.

i dun think thats happening now man. pple are leaving the stock mkt and entering the pty mkt.

china is holding out the tightening measures for fears of it further affecting their already fragile stk mkt.

basically, i think the chinese govt just need to have stamp duties to curb the overly exuberant pty mkt

I read that despite of the China's govt's curbs on ppty loan, many rich citizens still rushing into the market to buy ppty. Some not so rich one will still buy, but, in those nearby tier 2-3 cities. So, real demand is there which analysts said could last for many more years due to family migration.
