Looking at its Net Cash and NTA is sure is worth the while to invest in this stock. One wonders why it remain undiscovered all these while...

Fuyu will be another penny stock on the road of recovery for the next 1-2 years (similar to Informatics and OSIM when they are pennies)....the stock has been going downturn for many years since 2004...based on fundamental and technical analysis, it is well on the road of recovery....based on Joseph Cycle Analysis (6-7 years up down cycle), the share price will start the recovery process starting in year 2010 for another 6-7 years....based on our own caculation, it should worth above 50 cents (now only around 10 cents which is damn cheap) with the recovery process in place. Also: - Net cash about 60 millions (or 8 to 9 cents per share) with positive cash flow - Revenue increases by 56% for last quarter (improvment trend likely to continue with the tech sector recovery) - Gross profit Q1 improved by 13.4 millions to 9 millions from loss of 4.4 millions in previous quarter - NTA at 23 cents (at least 50% discount from even the current share price) - Tech sectors improving and with more devices (such as ipad, smartphones, netbooks, medical tech etc.) bodes well for future FUYU which is in plastic moulding and fabrication business. Having said that, you do need patience for the recovery to run through its course....BUY ON DIP for the next 1-2 years....good luck :) |
