As  the saying history repeats itself.  Previously Ezion was Nylect, which is not a very profitable company but Ezra took a stake in it.  Then Nylect exponential price surge is even more impressive than this YHM. It is mandatory for Ezion to make the takeover according to the Singapore Merger Taker Over rule if a company shareholding breach 30%.  Ezion has already 40 plus % so the process is only a formalitiy sake.
