x 1   x 0  Alert Admin	ghlau935, Yongnam R is for 1000-Rights as a denominator , or 'unit'. Yongnam R300 is for 300-Rights as a unit. Much like 1000-dollar Note and 300-dollar Note when we deal with money. If you want to Trade 300 Rights, you need to use Yongnam R300 If you want to trade 5000 Rights, you need to use Yongnam R If you want to trade 1600 Rights, you need to use both R and R300. Hope this helps.

Here is some math,  You pay 3 cents, and hold this warrant2012 for 5 years, anytime within 5 year you can convert one warrant 2012 to One New YongNam share by exercising or paying $0.25 each! So what that means is if YN share price maintain anything  like 28 cents you are break even. But If YN share go up to says 43 cents, you are making a profit of 43-3-25=15 cents by using just 3 cents! So you are paying a very small amount of money on warrant2012 for a 5-year HOPE that YN share will trade much higher than 28 cents. Does that sound reasonable for your understanding?  Remember you should make your own decision after understanding the meaning of the Rights Issue and the Warrant2012. it is too late to act now... but for 5 years, i think yongnam is $ 1.00, heeee...  remember IR , F1, Orchard Turn, heee.. more to come baby.,

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Theresa, I think you might have some misunderstanding on the meaning of  Rights, Warrant, Exercise Price.  First, I do not assume exercise price of $0.25, this was announced by the company and sgx in Oct18, Oct23 and Nov 13. You can read from sgx website for YongNam. Q: I also saw that you reply that the shares will be converted to mother shares, but this is a warrant not rights, when the exercise date has expire, will it be converted to mother share? The Warrant 2012 is the second part of the Rights.issue announced by the company. Each warrant entitle you to convert to one NEW mother share with an exercise Price of $0.25. Expiry would be 5 years. you need to follow their procedure to exercise before 5 years is up. It becomes zero value after its expiry. Q: The trading date for this "warrant" is from 22/Nov to 30/Nov, so what happen after this date, I am confuse. A: You are confused because this refers to the first part of the Rights Issue, the "warrant" does not exist yet. If you change your word "warrant" to Rights it will be OK. Read announcement from sgx website, read the BOLD prints: there are Rights RIGHTS Announced on 2007-11-01    Particulars :    WARRANTS OFFER OF 3 FOR 10 @ $0.03     Ex-date :    15 Nov 2007     Buy-In Last Cum Date :    20 Nov 2007     Record Date :    19 Nov 2007     Rights Closing Date :    6 Dec 2007     Rights Trading Period :    From 22 Nov 2007 To 30 Nov 2007 So since this Rights is transferable, it can be traded in the market, 22-30 Nov are the 7 trading days provided. What happen after 30 Nov? The Rights will stop being traded over sgx. Next, Rights is short life time, in this case , it  had a Dec 9 as Rights Closing Date, you must act before this closing date. Q: If I dun pick up the warrants that is offer to me at S$0.03 now, the price of the mother share is so low now, then is it that I will hv a hard time of gaining back my money? Numbers are in the Documents. As this was summarised into two numbers: Total max Warrant in this Rights Issue is 366,574,743. This means about 10.8 to 10.9 Million dollars will be raised on this Rights issue. Total number shares if other options and Warrant2004 are 100$ subscribed is 1221,915,819 which make for the 3 for 10 Rights. At the end of 2012 if all warrant are exercise the total share will become sum of the above two numbers. This new RIGHTS is Warrant that had expiry date 5 year from the date of issue ( I do not yet know what date ) but in any case this Warrant would expire in year 2012., lets just called it Warrant 2012 ( please use for reference only, Yong Num/CDP shall use an official term later). BUT, I have to buy these 6 warrant shares at $ 0.03 = which is SGD 180 ? then, when is the transfer date from warrant to mother shares ? is it direct transfer from warrant to mother shares? $ 0.03 + $ 0.25 = $0.28 ? $ 0.25 for each new shares are given free if I am the yongnam shareholders, right? sorry, this is a bit confusing.. please correct me as I think many mistakes inside.
