The truth is nobody knows the answer... This is the beauty of the stock market. One group of experts can write voluminous solid reports on why the market will be climbing up. Another group may write tomes of reports to show why the market is doomed in the near future. But when it comes to predicting the outcome, they are at the complete mercy of the market itself. In any previous meltdown, bullish experts were baffled by outcomes. Similarly for runaway bull markets. Often, even many experts can be 'caught by surprise'. Such is the way of the market...

STI still healthy, from start July, it has been above the 20ma line until now. And the 20ma is still above 100ma and 100ma above 200ma. Pretty bullish. However it does not move up in straight line, should have some retracement along the way. | ||||

Boss, pray tell what is going to cause the market to crash. On the contrary I'm told by my HK associates that China is going to announce stimulus this weekend. If you're naked, make sure you take steps to protect yourself.

yes. some counters still can buy to keep long term... but for me I will only look at those that has fallen 70% or more.

Then go long... lol... Anyway, tonight i just went long on 3 counters (ticker symbol FSLR, SINA & PWRD) which are trading now at very attractive levels. FSLR is a solar play, the other 2 is in the internet and gaming sector from China Mainland. Good Luck :p

Crash let it crash la. So many months liao still don't crash, yet going up and up while most hoping to crash? I still got 20%+ in long penny while i out of blue now. If crash i more happy, 80% can buy cheap cheap at the bottom. But what if don't crash this year???

Recently the Dow is like " kee hong" (crazy) ... spiking up and down rather choppily... But during the up spikes, those who bought at the lows will be " ho tarn" (untong)... lol... |
