actually its quite easy to calculate how sti will open or end up every morning. You need SGD/USD Previous Day Futures. Formula should be (Gain in Futures -Gain in Currency)% to give the resultant position.Its nearly 90% accurate .or 90% linear. |

not much position... 20 lots shorted at 2.40 last week + 10 lots shorted today at 2.30... haha... stops havent get triggered.

just took a glance at DJIA and spotted it is due for some correction with support 13100, 12980, 12840. it is trying to form a cup and handle position furthermore it have strong resistance at 13300 region hence the call for bearishness. Duration: The cup can extend from 1 to 6 months, sometimes longer on weekly charts. The handle can be from 1 week to many weeks and ideally completes within 1-4 weeks. http://stockcharts.com/school/doku.php?id=chart_school:chart_analysis:chart_patterns:cup_with_handle_cont remember it is a cup and handle pattern so it is a bullish continuation. advice is keep out of stocks for the moment. dun hold stocks and wait out the correction for this may not be a cup and handle but a reversal of the bullish trend. remember 2007 big turn and reversal. US is worst shape now than 2007 and no fundemental reason why it should go above 2007 price. |
