I just visited their new showflat of The Wharf Residence... 1600 p.s.f.. too expensive, by capitaland.. the design concepts are special, you can check their images at the URL below... their brochure are damn shioks, nicely printed, unlike others are cutting cost on this ..... just because too many people like us go and see for internal designs idea only instead of genuine buyers , ha hah haha... http://www.wharfresidence.com.sg/index2.html |

Trading is volatile this day, just sharing my thot...buy /sell or hold, Don't keep it for too long. Capitaland has expanded aggresively and now has to take headache pills...Ya. Look at the way where got so much money to buy n buy Cut n paste from: Before..Gap really open up, very low from $2.30ct. Remisiers.., Dealers and all Traders has live screen...Somewhat, somewhere...Prices is moving extreme fast (B4 oneself can close a deal, trade price would has gone/gap up..err maybe gone/gap down liao) ...won't be able to tell..Err..upward or downward. Swing might be it extreme...both end, then wait..lohh. Somewhat can tell only when the computer fix those prices, seeing to that...very experience players (Remisier, Dealers and or Traders) with alot of powerful $$$ with plenty of lots awaiting to buy or awaiting to sell...on live screen, can somewhat price it up..Err or price it down. (within regulated rules..something like U can shot it down w/o script) |

Tamasick is SICK, over 2-3 Q, invested big money and has to sell asset quick to get money to top up losess in multi of billion not oni themself but also like Capland and other like oversea LOST plenty of $$$. EG: compianes like Child care ABC angmo compant in down under.... | |||||||||||||||||

U believe him, he also mentioned he do not believe to be short V-shaped recovery...Me too. Both IR operator is asking for delay in their opening....Y..?. Money problem, high construction cost, Bank anyhow credit lending problem..all due to Sub-prime and global recession and even if opening is due..wrong time as well. U believe in it..U buy /sell and do not hold the script. Can only buy and keep if it fall <2/- with money to spare..Be prepare for more volatile mkts at this point in times. A way to express pass effort by SPH paper, considerated as consolation effort..... Sad to said so y we are having to survive on cutting our very own salary lower by 3% and their by 20%...nonsense, they very easy survive even with a dollar a year salary. Read the followinng line... Mr Liew Mun leong is in deed very fortunate, will become chairman to run d new company that run Changi Airport, as CEO and president of Capitaland has expanded aggresively and now has to take headache pills...Ya. just sharing my tot...will fall just like other BBs, a good chance to pick up if it can hit <$1.80/1.90 and when it 1 2 bail out other BBs. like sand IR project, 2bil on borrow credit..!!. these IR business for coming 2-3 years is heading for a bad start, wrong timing and that is why IR licenses is asking for delay in starting their business....This is ONLY the beginning......:((
