STI to cross 3000 boosted by long-term investors

Quite difficult to see the longer term trend of STI due to external factors such as EU, US and China but the immediate days or weeks can still infer from charts. I've shorted the EUR/USD cause i believe the EU will worsen vis-a-vis the US economy in the longer term. | ||||

Jap closes deep red today. i think they expecting the Fed to do more stimulus again which is going to lower the usd but make jap yen more expensive. which in turn makes the profit margin lower and reduce the earnings of the jap corporations and their competitiveness. |

These days, pennies can hardly give any trader good profits beyond few cups of coffee. Lol. Yeah, PL came from very humble start. Used to see him roaming about town in his earlier days before SGX. But salute him, for his ability to seize opportunities. He is smart, even his looks can deceive. Hahaha. |

- Rigbuilder Keppel Corp said it has issued S$300 million
worth of senior unsecured fixed rate notes paying 4 percent, due
in 2042. Credit Suisse is the sole lead manager for the issue.
-- INTRACO LTD, HANWELL HOLDINGS LTD
- Tycoon Oei Hong Leong's S$0.70 offer for Hanwell's 29.89
percent stake in trading company Intraco has lapsed after Oei
imposed fresh conditions on the deal and did not extend a
deadline for signing the agreement.
-- AUSGROUP LTD
- AusGroup, which provides services to the oil and gas and
mining industries, said its fourth quarter net profit jumped 88
percent to A$8.25 million, helped by higher sales from its major
projects segment and higher margins.
-- AUSSINO GROUP
- Aussino Group made a full year loss of S$13.2 million,
wider than a loss of S$5.3 million a year earlier, hit by higher
expenses.

They already switch to another style to catch you .... Lol. ..." It's really hard to make it big in stocks, very hard, unless one is very lucky to pick the right stocks every time. To be profitable, one needs to know how to frequenty and regularly take smallish gains from the market. But then. if one does just that, one can never become rich playing stocks. Hence this is the reason why players are prone to " mau " , and by doing that, they lose untold amounts of hard-earned money. Teaching is still the most lucrative way for a trader to make a lot of money, not in trading itself...  |

Sifu is so right... In fact, all the stock teachers have one thing in common - they dare not " mau " . Because know that if they " mau " , they can easily be " pok! " So that's why they look for an alternative way to become rich, which is by teaching... lol...

Since Mid August I have warned ..... Since 21st aug I short ..... Never been bullish ever since ..... Like I always say topping process is up down up down ..... When the correction start .... Some shifu here can post bullish and awhile late bearish. when the market goes up they dig out their threads. see i predicted it will go bullish. if it goes bearish, they dig out their threads and say see i predicted bearish. one particular senior forumer is very guilty of this. Another senior forumer ish the best with his " neutral" posts. bullish and bearish both also he is forever correct but i respect this ability. |

some sifu willing to teach, but their teaching in the end is still 90% luck 10% skill. better go online and find free trading self help. some real good sifu who are willing to teach which i cant understand what is the reason they teach since they are so successful in their trading. but if they are charging fees and claim they are so proficient, successful and their skill so si bei good then they should incorporate live trading in the course to show how they apply their methods. you cannot teach a person how to build a car in the classroom. you need to give the textbook as well as hands on. if only textbook, then once car build go on road sure kena accident due to faulty breaks or tyre suddenly fall out or engine explode!!!
