doesnt matter...ppl buying now for future recovery...just look at osim, when it was 6c few mths ago, ppl condemned it to hell but now cheong to >50c! so jes may even be a surprised too...

SHipbuidling and repair business should be up this qtr or next because oil price stablising and could even go higher. Orders will come in when carriers see economy recovering from woes. Carrier business also tied with this industry and oil. I believe this bugger should go past 20 cents in the next round of chasing for stocks. |

Some brokers say its ok to buy now. It is too cheap for a company holding billions of dollars in contracts. It is only unfortunate that the Chinese Yuan (RMB) strengthens so much against the US dollars, otherwise this chap can do wonders for your money. Losing not because of business but because of foreign exchanges. They use USD $ in contracts and when they receive money they convert to RMB because their home base is China. So lost alot of money in exchanges, but they should have hedge against the RMB or US$ whenever they have a contract. Someone must teach them. Cheers but no worry, things can change. |

As long as u buy in within ur means i tink should be okie. Many stocks kana shot down so much.. If only I know large capital. i will spread my money into many penny stocks. You will nv know some years later you capital might doubled or tripled..

Don't know whether the market is crazy or the shareholders are crazy. A cursory look at the accounts for the reported financial year shows the NTA is recorded as 147 Cents RMB or 1 Dollar 47 Cents RenMingBi (RMB). This converts [based on a approx rate of 4.45 Dollar RMB to a 1.00 Dollar Singapore] to 33 cents or S$0.33. The share is trading at Singapore $0.07 cents which is about 79 percent discount to NTA! Now got no bullets to spare, else will buy a few lots to keep since oil prices are beginning to move upwards. | ||||

Further details of the financial performance of the Group will be disclosed when JES releases its results for 4Q2008 as well as FY2008 by 28 February 2008. That is tomorrow, Saturday, (of all days!)
