Given the good news. The rise today did not recover the lost it made yesterday day yet. But then don't understand the reason for the big fall... Or else this one would have hit $1.40 and moving upwards... if the market have been ......bull. But then all stocks doesn't move straight upwards...always got pause... having know that. FACT IF one wants to get on any stocks they missed...wait for the pause... :) Don't expected it to go down to 1.16 mark yesterday afternoon... |

Ezra Holdings: Talk of a potential listing in London Summary: There are news reports that Ezra may be eyeing a listing in London, but no decisions have been made given the current volatile market. Unless Ezra is in urgent need of funds, it may not be its best interest to do a listing at a time when Aker Marine Contractors (AMC) is still loss-making. The benefits of a listing in London may outweigh the costs for Ezra should it want to expand its operations in Europe, but the timing for a listing would make a lot of difference in terms of funds raised and the signal that it sends to investors as well. We are positive on the long-term outlook of the group as it seeks to become a global leading subsea player but time would be required for a sustained turnaround in the AMC business. Ezra Holdings rated 'outperform' by CIMB Tags: CIMB-GK Research | Ezra Holdings Written by The Edge Wednesday, 27 October 2010 11:58 * CIMB in an Oct 25 research report says: "FY2010 core net profit of US$69 million (-14% y-o-y) met our expectations and consensus. 4Q10 core net profit of US$17 million (-42% y-o-y), forms about 25% of our full-year estimate. "However, the results were overshadowed by Ezra’s acquisition of Aker Solution’s subsidiary, Aker Marine Contractors (AMC). We adjust our earnings estimates by -3% to 1% for FY2011-2012, incorporating the acquisition, higher SG&A, interest expense and a lower tax rate. "We introduce FY2013 estimates and roll forward our sum-of-the-parts valuation to end-CY11. Following these adjustments, our target price climbs to $3.00 from $2.60.
