This piece of news has been in circulation wed or thurs last week in rigzone and i even read it in channelnewsasia forum, posted by someone.Well, No one gonna spoon fed you. Also, I think labroy is in no position to comment on the business of his client. |

Damn kelong!  Only today then radio anounce say their norwegian customer going to sell their oil rig ...blah blah blah...bottomline Labroy wont be affected....now u see price shot up.... so dirty....public kept in dark about this until today? |

Yes, I did a research on the stock before, and found the net earnings to consistently increase yoy since 2002. It has healthy cash flow and low long term debt which they can pay off easily. Their orderbook this year hit a record high of $2billion after they ventured into offshore engineering, mostly from orders to build oil rigs. Potentially there can be more orders from Middle East, as demand for oil is increasing. Their PE ratio trades at 15 which relatively low compared to Cosco and NOL. This could potentially be another Semb Corp in the making. Hence, I bought 10 lots at 1.99 when the rumour that the COO is leaving and they are behind schedule in delivering the oil rigs. However, I don't think that warrant so much drop in the price. They can always hire other people to speed up the project what... This is undervalued stock, buy!
