The Group’s revenue has increased by S$3.02 million or 308% from S$0.98 million in Q2 FY2009 to S$4.0 million in Q2 FY2010. For HY FY2010, the revenue increased by S$6.1 million to S$7.09 million in HY FY2010 compared with S$0.99 million in HY FY2009. This was mainly derived from the fund management and gains from its private equity investments. The financial advisory division also recorded better revenue due to the improved capital market activities during the period under review.
They anticipate that the Asian economies will continue to show improvement and this is positive for the realization of the Group’s investments. The Group continues to seek out new investment opportunities and accelerate its plan to expand the investment management operations.
With the improvement in the financial capital market activities, the financial advisory division is expected to see an increase in financial advisory work. The division continues to explore niche market opportunities. |
