They are feeding on panick investor and some will try to get investor to panic then they earn. They cover back the same day, make or loose. No real sell down here. So when a little improvement you will see a steep climb like before. So vested in now and wait for the profit to come. Making 50% to 100% since year 2008. Just buy at low now and wait for 1.80 to 2.0 in a year to 5 years with 100% profit and yearly dividend, its worth it.

Although Yang present it in quarterly as investor you need to do your due diligence. 2012Q1 total borrowing is 9.766billion and 2013Q1 total borrowing is 8.931billion. It is a decline in total debt over a year. Why talk about cash which is flowing, and not talk about the current Asset/Current liability which all fundamental looks at? Unless Yang is not in business, normal people who depend on monthly income will look at cash. If national reserve collapse, Singapore debt will collapse, this money cannot touch. Borrow from cpf? Of course lah, put inside need to give you interest, borrow loh, can't earn money change policy to delay withdrawal age or funny retired insurance policy to hold your cpf.
