As we had just adjusted our numbers (including our base CPO assumption) after its robust 2Q11 results in mid-Aug, we do not see the need to do so at this juncture. Applying the same 12.5x peg to our blended FY11/FY12F EPS, our fair value remains at S$0.80. .Maintain  BUY  Key risks to our estimates include a sharp weakening of the USD, a collapse of crude oil prices, and of course, severe drop in CPO demand from both China and India.

However, this stock may pull back within the consolidation range of between S$0.620-0.69 at this juncture. Technical indicators are positive with the MACD trending upwards, RSI gaining momentum and the stochastic indicator having also crossed higher on the daily chart. A break below S$0.620 could negate the above view. Our institutional research has a fundamental BUY with a target price of S$0.79.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Golden Agri: CIMB has Technical Sell Call. Note that prices are now rebounding back to retest the resistance band of $0.685-0.715 following its breakdown back in early Aug. The MAs could also be a resistance to the bulls in the near term. At the moment, the indicators are still strengthening slightly, hence there may be a tad more upside. However, the indicators would likely face their own resistance soon, as the long term trend has changed for the negative and house would prefer to unload on any rebounds towards the resistance levels. Prices are likely to test the support levels at $0.61 and $0.565.
