Obviously you don believe there will be a crash soon.  Perhaps a major correction but I don see a major crash will all the QEs including the latest, Japan.  And don forget China can still announce its own QE.  Wat the article said is partly true - that all these QEs benifit the rich, in particular the banks  and the bankers  get  huge bonuses with free money from the central banks.  The poor suffers with inflation of basic foods and consumables.  Well all you guys are in the rich group because you can afford to buy stocks and stock markets move up with every QE.  The poor worry about their daily food, a roof over their head and  whether they have enough to send their children to college.

They will exhaust themselves, but it will take some time. As for property, I think not so easy. Look at the number of en blocs lately, now even more multi millionaires. Interest rates are too low, holding power too good. I go see property in prime areas, most of the properties are second or third property for the owner. Cannot sell, usually will rent out within few weeks. Young couples who just finished their HDB mop, all sitting on good profits now. Easy for them to upgrade.  People are still cashed up. You look at the bond IPOs going and the takeup rate, you will know. It will come down yes, but it will have to build up  alot more, maybe another 1-2 years.
