After the market close, 73% of the index constituents were above their 20D MA (vs 77% on Monday), and 80% of the shares were above their 50D MA (vs 73%). Technically, the index bounced off yesterday from its support area, representing a key horizontal level at 3032 and the current 20D & 50D moving averages. A continuation of the rebound seems more likely in the forthcoming days, as the RSI indicator resumed its bullish dynamic. In conclusion, as long as 3,032 is not broken, we keep our ST positive view unchanged with targets at 3,110 and 3,160. Alternatively, only the downside penetration of 3,032 would invalidate our bullish scenario and trigger a new bearish move to 2,978 at first.

After the market close, 73% of the index constituents were above their 20D MA (vs 77% on Monday), and 80% of the shares were above their 50D MA (vs 73%). Technically, the index bounced off yesterday from its support area, representing a key horizontal level at 3032 and the current 20D & 50D moving averages. A continuation of the rebound seems more likely in the forthcoming days, as the RSI indicator resumed its bullish dynamic. Use Sep2009's higest closing px  minus e  Mar2009's lowest closing px. & dan divide by 2. 4 e.g. Sep2009's highest closing  px was 0.500. & Mar2009's lowest closing px was 0.100. 0.500 - 0.100 = 0.400 / 2 = 0.200 If now px's below 0.200.
