I thought the notice meant to hold till 5pm on 29 Apr 2010 before shareholders are entitled to K-Green Trust units? no?

"Notice is hereby given that, the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 30 April 2010 for the preparation of dividend warrants. Duly completed transfers in respect of ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (“Shares”) received by the Company’s Registrar, B.A.C.S. Private Limited, at 63 Cantonment Road, Singapore 089758 up to 5.00 p.m. on 29 April 2010 will be registered to determine shareholders’ entitlement to the proposed final dividend. Shareholders whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited (CDP) are credited with Shares at 5.00 p.m. on 29 April 2010 will be entitled to the proposed final dividend.

The Books Closure Date in respect of the proposed special dividend in specie of K-Green Trust units will be announced at a later date."

Bought at $8.21 on 10 Dec 09; sold at $9.83 on 22 Apr 10; 5 lots.

After cum dividend, there is a high chance it will fall a bit.  However, I strongly believe Keppel Corp has no problem hitting $11 or $12; it is simply how long it will take and what will happen in the meantime.  For those who bought Keppel at $3.75 or $ 5, I strongly encouraged them to hold for prices above $13 or $14.  This company pays so dividends.
