You will recall they had rumours about their finances before and they even held a press conference to show  a bank statement print-out to show that they had cash ina  Chinese bank. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	guys, there are so many stocks around.. if u  " DIE DIE" must buy penny stocks.. there are still plenty.. better " KNOWN" counters like golden agri, ghk..etc i think are far safer than " China etc" stocks.. *not encouraging u to buy the above, just stating a point tat s-chips are very dangerous

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	very hard to say, it all depend on the appointed special accountants and company management, how fast they can clear  those doubts on " irregularities" , internally, they have to sort out  and provide answers to the  shareholders public,,,  people can only hope that their management and business operations  can still carry on and not go bankrupt .,,,,pray that " irregularities" will be iron out soon, otherwise,,,very bad.

The Board of Directors of China Hongxing Sports Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce that the Company has received, on 13 October 2010, a letter from Messrs Foo Kon Tan Grant Thornton LLP and RSM Nelson Wheeler giving notice to the Company of their intention to resign as Joint Auditors of the Company at a general meeting of the Company. The Joint Auditors have confirmed to the Company that they have no disagreements with the Board of Directors of the Company on accounting treatments within the last 12 months (i.e. for the year ended 31 December 2009) and there are no matters of concern that need to be highlighted to the Audit Committee.   SGX should asked why they resigned without completing the term, not just a simple 2-liner.  Retail investor should have run when they see this lor. Hope SGX is not too busy playing golf again......
