This increased in cost has been highlighted by the company as early as Apr. I remembered those who panic-sold then at about $0.65 average then were forced to buy back eventually at about $0.73 average. So what had changed, except a report? |

I disagree with what spurs88 said about unchanged fundamental. When the your cost of good sold or raw material cost increases. The fundamental business environment which the company operates in HAS changed. If the increase in biz cost sustains, it means lower margin, lower EBITDA, EPS, etc etc. Definitely, the fundamental has changed. |

There's no need to panic-sell. This news is nothing new, except that now some people is trying to force the price down so that they can buy in cheap. If you look at the fundamentals of this gem, nothing has changed. |

on concern of rising corn price... "We expect gross margin compression of 1.3% pts yoy to 17.2% in FY07. The group?s ability to transfer costs to customers has been slow. We fear that 2Q07 could remain challenging and have lowered our ASP assumptions by 5-10%. Unable to break resistance at 0.735 yet. But MACD still encouraging. Guess correction may be due to those contra players taking profits after Monday and Tuesday rally, whereby it has climbed over 5 cents. |

Two more resistance levels at 0.75 and 0.77 to be overcome before flying over 0.8. But anyway, all indicators are good, so let's see how well it fights tomorrow. |
