Have get it at 6.7cts this morning, it is worth investing although they have issue profit guidance. With the PMI reaching one year high for China, many of the china company will be turning from red back to green, thus it will take time for it to really happen. I feel that the stock have over react to the hunter hall diversify of the share. All it start with the reduce of share holding from the Chairman. The % reduce is from ~62% to ~46% which is about 16% of the share and it is selling at around 0.17~0.16 which amount to S$18million. The reduction is suspect to be due to the 2010 investment of the chairman on the buying over of the xibodeng and Shulong, which have a bad debt of around 50million RMB, the diversify might be to repay the bad debt. But with the bad debt of 50 million, the diversify is actually still have 40 over million remaining, thus $0.067 compare to his original selling off at $0.16 it is extremely attactive for Mr Su to pick it up back. As the diversify of the chairman also attract the hunter hall to diversify all it's holding, and result in panic selling thus the share price is due to over react. If the financial report is true, then the price is just many times lower than expected. Thus did not vest too much as China company report is sometime not so trusting.

Believe there must be some dispute within company's directors, some dump, some pick, share holders suffered on sudden price plunged, now recovered slightly, I guess its price should trend up to the level it falls, maybe 10.5c.... | ||

Amazing how a stock with such good yield can fall 50% in days by just giving a profit warning on lower profits..... Sure is a good pickup I hope @ these levels, unless the BB's want to hit it down more.... Cheers. |

" I see that this company have good results and share prices should go up in near term :) " Above is true if it refer to blue chips, for pennies like QM it all purely speculative. Even those major shareholders of such coy uses news and " pending contracts" to lure ppl to buy up their shares while at the back dumping. So be real careful with pennies, NO FUNDAMENTAL analysis should be used, mostly.

I believe most analysts issue a Buy call on Qingmei. However, do monitor SSH action. Note from Lim & Tan. Qingmei’s Chairman, CEO, major and controlling shareholder Su Qing Yuan has reduced his stake in the company by 16.816% to 46.26% between 16-17 cents each. Remarks : Not vested. Good luck. He had previously sold 23mln shares at 16.9 cents in Oct’11. Mr Su QY’s selling of a meaningful portion of his shares at the 17 cents level, reducing his stake to 46.26% is perplexing, especially when considering that the company is doing reasonably well with the latest 3 months to Dec’11 profit up 20% and based on last year’s dividend payment of Rmb83mln, dividend yield is 13.3%! And its trailing PE is only 2x. |
