2G Captial and Xu Han is two of d major players. They are also one million shares placed out to 21 share holders and another 45% or 60 players who applied for. a million shares through share balloting 99:99 Each can get, only 15,000 share. Think is hot counter on opening, on it 1st trading day, estimate by a premium opening price a7 about 27c to 28c. Just my personnel opinion. teeth53 thot - My Kimeng remiser this morning told me, this counter will stay above water for a start. |

The company, like any others in this industry. China will have to focus more on enviromental protection in the coming years. The only concern i have is more management style. Fact that this is a S-Chip and there is always some risk in invesment. Leader Environmental Technologies Limited ("LET" or the "Company") is offering 116.5m shares (2 m public shares, 114.5m placement shares) at $0.21 each. The Company is an environmental protection solutions provider in China and is engaged in the R&D, manufacturing, assembly, installation and support services of environmental protection systems. It services include dust elimination, desulphurization. Ernst & Young as auditor and is one of the remaining big 4 accounting firms, may bring some comfort than usual. Assuming Earning Per share (EPS) Growth by 25% in FY2010 and EPS will be 3.75 Singapore cents. Based on 0.21 cents IPO price, company is listing at prospective PE of 5.60x. A fair value of 8-10x will imply a price of 30c to 37.5c. teeth53 thot - Recently last two (CCM and ES group) IPO-ed has received a flavourable response. |
