Lately I have cleared most of my penny stocks and move on stocks that pays dividens. StraitsAsia is one of my recent picks purchased at an average price of 2.27 per share however i did not expect it to be so volitale when it dip at $2.07 cents. My mistake look at the charts don't get excited and buy to fast. This is a good investment stock which i like to hold it for a while longer. I guess coal mining or black gold is a hot commodity for countries like China and India and Asia Straits provides cheap termal coal fuel. I am looking forward for this stock to move to the 3.50 to 4.0 dollar range. up to u man.. from my pov: near term doesnt look good.. margin is squeezed tight. obviously they have trouble managing cost at least until the 2nd/3rd quarter this year. but long term prospect still intact. with yest close and the current fiscal crisis going on i think is better to keep some free cash. is up to BB to make the call...

but curious their earning not in line with economy grow...px gas & oil increase abt 50% then their profit drop > 60% this might due to poor management or they just maintain output only since 2009 and expenses increased due px gas/oil.Somemore div no promise they already cut quarterly div only give half yr div.Still worry this kind of company...lucky so far Dow green if not 2moro cry also no tear ...just my 2 cents.

keep if you can hold, unless you need to reinvest in other counter. It should still yield you some profit at this price. Vested at $1.09, still holding on as dividend is not bad and energy comodity usually move with economy.
