i think sti will move up when usd, jpy carry trade resume. since low interest to be around for long time. wonder when QDII will come to singapura. there are people who open shop and wait for customers, no customer they said times are bad. etc there are people who open shop go get customers, no customer, boss tell them go find and castle and find entry point. no tell time are bad not acceptable. sgx need to work harder. open exchange, need to do more to go overseas to bring retail customers here. if not manee all go taiwan, hk, china and even to the new boy at the small island already. daily value left 1.2b sti how to move up. |

copy from some blog sites. 問題14：我可買便宜原股，來台灣換高價TDR賣掉，賺價差嗎？ 答：不行。現在TDR只能進行單邊兌換，即TDR可自由兌換為原 股，但原股不能隨時轉換，需申請，且也要有一定數量才會划算， 因透過承銷商，要收手續費。所以須是大股東才能進行此種套利。 另外TDR雖可自由兌換為原股，但TDR價格高， 不會有人拿高價的去換低價。 問題15：我可以先放空價格高的TDR，再買進原上市地的股票， 賺價差嗎？ 答：理論上可以。但台灣規定，TDR上市後半年才能融資融券， 所以，現階段不行。 問題16：那等TDR能夠融資融券時，我是不是就可以做套利？ 答：可以。你可以先放空高價，然後買進低價。舉例來說， 十一月二十七日 泰金寶TDR每股收盤價是五．三元，原上市地收盤價是二． 八八元，相差二．四二元，如果要賺價差，可以先放空泰金寶TDR ，然後同時在泰國買進原股，等到價差縮小，這時，就回補泰金寶T DR，然後賣掉泰金寶，完成套利。 問題17：套利有什麼風險存在？ 答：任何套利都有風險。TDR套 利風險如下：一、流動性風險。 不同市場的交易量不同，要留意賣不掉的風險。二、匯率風險。 跨境的套利還牽扯到外幣兌換，會有匯率風險。三、交易風險。 例如港股沒有漲跌幅限制，台股有七％漲跌幅限制，因此， 港股變化較快，很可能會導致當初設定的套利價格出現變化， 讓報酬率降低。 can arbitrage does not not meant local shares can definitely move up to match tdr price. can be either way or meet at some middle point. end of day still fundamental, demand and supply count. caveat emptor |
