Sorry about that.....FA of both companies about the same... Sp Land - NAV $6.18, eps (Fcst 06 - straight line) - 22cts per sh....PE - $6.15/0.22 = 28X UIC - NAV $1.44, eps (fcst 06 - straight line) 4.8cts.......PE - $1.43/0.048 = 30X UIC has an added advantage that there may be a fight for control between Wee CY and J Goongweki of the Phillippines. |

Instead of Sp Land, consider UIC...which owns 72% of Sp Land. FA of both companys about the same SpLd - |

On FA perspective, it is a good buy.Office rental, hotel room rate, occupancy rate and commercial space rental all going up. Sustantial profit expected in coming year. Talk in market of reit and privitisation is also positive for Singland. |

This one has low volume traded. Coupled with its relatively high price of $6 plus... I don't think its attractive. This is from a TA perspective. |
