x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	This one had a lot of management changes over last few months, they lost a lot in business.  Before they 'halt/suspense' i see that some insiders sell some insider buy. Now new CEO took over, old CEO had a lot of shares. It is hard to know who would dump their holdings and who would collect them.
