Some Walton land banker did a presentation to me once before. They talk about investing money in land in Canada for about 7 years. When the land value increase after seven years, they will sell away the land for profit. |

there's this company called Profitable Plot... buy land in UK, within 5 years can gain 400%... so put in 40k now, 5 years later get 200k, reinvest it and then another 5 years later get 1 million... |
