Almost four years has passed. Any bad news and company overhaul restructuring will certainly come to an end, and has been faded by time goes by! Would that be good to recall this slipping investment opportunity to resurface on the SGX market?

THE former business high-flyer Victor Tan pleaded guilty yesterday to 21 charges over the multi-million-dollar scandal at Accord Customer Care Solutions (ACCS), the firm he founded.

Tan, 34, standing calmly in the dock wearing a red shirt and dark tie, took his plea firmly.

The former chief executive (CEO) had initially intended to claim trial on the 99 charges he faced. But on Monday, the case was postponed to yesterday when a guilty plea was taken, so avoiding a lengthy trial.

This counter is now at low level. seem holding at this level of 0.105 n 0.11, I think it it is at the bottom and the CEO case will not have much impact.
